Responsibilities and Requirements

Registered Nurse (RN):

- Provide comprehensive nursing care to our residents.

- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop individual care plans.

- Oversee the care provided by LPNs and CNAs.

- Minimum of an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.

- Valid RN license in good standing.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

- Assist in the care and supervision of residents under the direction of RNs.

- Perform basic nursing procedures and assist with medications.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.

- Completion of an LPN program.

- Valid LPN license in good standing.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA):

- Assist residents with activities of daily living.

- Provide personal care and companionship.

- Monitor residents' health status and report any changes to the nursing staff.

- Completion of a CNA training program.

- Valid CNA certification.

Activity Coordinator:

- Plan, organize, and implement recreational and social programs for residents.

- Engage residents in activities that promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

- Maintain a positive and supportive environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Recreation, Gerontology, or related field preferred.

Maintenance Technician:

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on the facility.

- Ensure the safety and functionality of all equipment.

- Contribute to the overall cleanliness and efficiency of the facility.

- Relevant experience or certification in maintenance or a related field.

Housekeeping Staff:

- Maintain a clean and hygienic living environment for residents.

- Perform cleaning duties, laundry services, and general maintenance.

- Adhere to all health and safety standards.
